The coronatime was extremely insecure for mainly our students and because of this we received an unusual high amount of questions that we often could not fully answer, because the situation in the whole society was insecure. Last we fully recognize that the last months were extremely busy and that our students had to wait for our answers longer than hoped for. This is the reason that we ask extra tuition for a resit exam, and also for a resit class, or when an exam or class is being cancelled by a student outside the official cancellation period. In other words, when a student makes an exam in an external testcenter NTI also incurs costs for this. It is important for you as a student to realize that NTI does not own her own school locations we have to rent places from external parties to let our students make exams and follow classes. This is true only the first chances for an exam are included in the tuition you have to pay. Another remark in your review stresses that you have to pay extra for a resit exam. This has everything to do with law and nothing with personal preference or judgement from NTI itself. If this toelatingsdiploma is not strictly controlled and will be coincidentally overvalued by NTI you will have a big problem once you graduate for your NTI-study the NTI-diploma you graduate for in that case will not be valid because you were not even allowed to start the study to begin with. The value of a diploma is actually not something NTI can influence because you wanted to follow a lawfully recognised educational programm here, it is obligated by law to send us a valid 'toelatingsdiploma'.
Besides the comments you give on the literature, you also mention that NTI 'degraded' your diploma from former education that you followed. Briefly: all the literature you truly need will be sent by NTI and you don't have to buy anything extra to be able to make your exams. Possible aditional literature that is recommended if you want to know more about a certain subject is an option to buy yourself, but not obligated. Next to that, all the obligated literature you will receive from NTI. In that case we need concrete examples of wrong content, so if you are still willing to send this to us, we would love to receive your message! Also other students could be helped with your feedback. At first, if there are truly mistakes in a study book or in the digital study environment, you are always welcome to point out those mistakes to us. We will try to give you a contental answer anyways, but more general and not specifically counting for you as an individual student. If you still feel the need to discuss your situation with us we'll wait for your personal message to one of our departments. Unfortunately you did not mention a student number so we can not give you any truly personal contental answer here. Dear Kat, It is too bad that you had such a negative experience during your study time at NTI.
